110% STORE CREDIT
We offer the option of a 110% store credit with no expiry date, for full priced items, purchased online within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Zaket and Plover is not responsible for the cost of return postage. 

If you are wanting to use your store credit for a specific piece (eg same item different size), please ensure to email us so we can put it aside while your return is being processed. 

REFUNDS
We can offer a refund on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Goods must be in original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed or altered in any way. We cannot process the return if requirements are not met. Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full, excluding return postage. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Zaket and Plover is not responsible for the cost of return postage. A $9 return fee will be deducted from all refunds.

SALE ITEMS
Any items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale (welcome first-time purchase offer excluded). We cannot offer returns, exchanges or store credit for these items. (Faulty items excluded). For more information please email sales@zaketandplover.com.au. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
We can accept returns (for a refund) with a $9 AUD return fee, or can offer a 110% store credit in the form of a gift card, with no expiry date. 
For international returns, Zaket and Plover is not responsible for the cost of return postage.

 

HOW TO ARRANGE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as this will lead to delays in processing times. To organise a return please follow the following steps:
1. Email us at sales@zaketandplover.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the email and why you are returning the item.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label (Aus only) and/or details on how to proceed with your return. Zaket and Plover is not responsible for the cost of return postage.

 

FAULTY ITEMS
We will replace or refund any faulty or incorrect item(s) purchased from our website - subject to availability. Once the item has been returned to Zaket + Plover, it will be processed by our Quality Control Department, who will asses the issue and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY
Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We do not cover import duties and taxes that may apply to your shipment. These taxes are charged once the order reaches its designated country. All applicable duties must be completed by the customer before delivery can be made. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for price estimates.
