We offer a 110% store credit for full-priced items purchased online, with a 3 year expiry date.

Items must be returned within 20 days of receiving them.

Zaket & Plover is not responsible for return postage costs.
REFUNDS

Refunds are available on full-priced items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be processed.

Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding return postage.

Allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Zaket & Plover is not responsible for return postage costs.

Return fee: A $15 fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover postage and handling costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of Australia)

Receive a refund to your original payment method, or

Get 110% store credit (issued as a gift card with a 3-year expiry).
Return Postage:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are typically around $40 USD.

Simply take your return to your local post office and send it back to us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly issue your refund or store credit.
Sale Items:

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
SALE ITEMS

Discounted items are final sale, excluding the welcome first-time purchase offer.

No returns, exchanges, or store credit are available for discounted items (except for faulty items).

HOW TO ARRANGE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
Contact us before returning an item to avoid processing delays.

To arrange a return:

Email sales@zaketandplover.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your ORDER NUMBER and reason for return.

We’ll provide a return label (Australia only) and instructions. Return postage is at your cost.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty or incorrect items: We will replace or refund them (subject to availability).

Assessment: Once returned, items will be reviewed by our Quality Control team.

Resolution: We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY
Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For U.S. orders, we are currently covering import duties and taxes due to increased tariffs, so you won’t face any surprise charges at delivery.
For all other international orders, we do not cover import duties or taxes. These may be charged once your order reaches its destination country, and must be paid by the customer before delivery can be made.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of the costs, please contact your local customs office for an estimate.
