Why can't this product be shipped to my address?

Due to the nature of our seasonable collections, some items are location exclusive. Make sure you're shopping on the correct site for your location in order to see what products are available to your country.

Why is international shipping so high? 

We understand that international shipping costs can sometimes seem high, but please know that we're shipping your parcel all the way from Australia. To help make it more affordable, we actually cover a significant portion of the shipping cost ourselves.

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount code, select your item and head to the checkout, find your order summary, and apply your discount in the allocated box. 

My discount code isn't working?

Only one discount code can be used at a time. The 10% welcome discount code is only valid for one use per customer. If you are still having trouble, please email us at sales@zaketandplover.com.au.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Gift cards can be purchased here

What if my item is faulty?

We will replace or refund any faulty or incorrect item(s) purchased from our website - subject to availability. Once the item has been returned to Zaket + Plover, it will be processed by our Quality Control Department, who will asses the issue and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

Exceptions to policy 

Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. This includes pre sale orders. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.

I've recently purchased an item from you and have noticed it's since been reduced in price, what should I do?

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you the difference. Please feel free to return your items and place a new order.

Can I return Sale Items?
Any items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or store credit for these items. (Faulty items and welcome/first-time purchase offer excluded). For more information please email sales@zaketandplover.com.au.
